Cloning and Sequencing of Raccoon Dog GAPDH Gene
摘要
Abstract
The Raccoon dog GAPDH gene was amplified and cloned by RT-PCR from its liver.The gene was sequenced by 271 bp.Compared with the genes of canine（GenBank numbers：AB028142,AB038240）,they shared 100% homology.This trial proved that the GAPDH gene was existed and conserved in raccoon dog.关键词
