胃癌组织中上皮钙黏蛋白和诱导型氧化亚氮合酶的表达及临床意义
Expression and significance of E-cadherin and iNOS in patients with gastric carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study expression and significance of E-cadherin and inducible nitric oxidesyn-thase (iNOS) in patients with gastric carcinoma and to investigate the relationships between these factors and their roles in gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of E-cadherin and iNOS in 75 tissue specimens of gastric carcinoma was detected by SABC method (immunohistochemistry) in order to investigate the relationship between these factors and clinical pathological features of gastric carcinoma. Results; The percentage of positive expression of iNOS in gastric carcinoma was 65.33% ,and that was 10% in normal gastric mucosa, while the percentage of positive expression of E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma was 12. 00% and that was 80. 00% in normal gastric mucosa. The expression of iNOS in gastric carcinoma was negative correlation to E-cadherin(r = -0. 457,P < 0. 01). The percentage of positive expression of E-cadherin was 14.28% in 49 gastric carcinoma cases which were iNOS positive. The expression of E-cadherin and iNOS was related to differentiation and lympha node metastasis, while there was no relationship to size of tumor, patient's age,sexual distinction,clinical stage. Conclusion; There there an abnormal expression of E-cadherin and iNOS in gastric carcinoma. They were related to clinical characters of gastric carcinoma. INOS may play an important role in the pathogenesis, infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by inhibiting E-cadherin.关键词
