摘要

Abstract

Nuclear reactor inner component is the most critical nuclear equipment because it must be able to endure the irradiation of high neutron fluence and the corrosion of the coolant and it must remain adequate strength in high temperature and under great load.Aiming at the problems of reactor in-pile shore,reactor core shore,reactor core quadratic shore and deep hole processing,the gun drill system is introduced in CKD6183×3000 CNC lathe produced by Jinling Machine Co.Ltd.This method not only solve the problem of postwelding deep hole processing,but also meet the customers' requirements for increasing the precision,reducing the operator labor intensity,and improving the production efficiency.
