Abstract
The energy modules of some laser equipment are critical components, which have the characteristics of stochastic deteriorating failure. Because of the multiple failure types as well as the maintenance methods and strategies, current maintenance modeling and analyzing methods can not deal effectively with its maintainability design and analysis problem. The paper settles the energy component maintenance analysis problem using multi-model integrated modeling and simulation methods. At first the system level reliability model of the energy module is built using a fault tree, and the component level reliability and maintenance models are provided using the SPNAT formalization. Then the models are integrated by the Join/Replicate operator to form the multi-model of the energy module maintenance, and the maintainability indexes are defined through a reward structure. The simulation results show that the multi-model integrated modeling and simulation method is an efficient way of solving the maintainability design and analysis problems of complex products such as energy modules.关键词
