摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the imperfection of quality evaluation of information technology vendors for power supply enterprises, taking the vendors' evaluation and analysis as platform, this paper studies on how to use the data mining technology to evaluate the vendors. The evaluation data of vendors is mined effectively to provide model and method support for the quality evaluation classification of vendors by using the maximum-minimum method to establish similar matrix, and the transitive closure method for clustering analysis. Experimental results show that the model is simple, effective, and can reflect the quality level of vendors more objectively and truly.关键词
