Abstract
With the rapid development of network integration, how to make the reasonable and effective QoS mapping in heterogeneous net works to satisfy users' services becomes an important issue to be resolved immediately. This paper analyses the difficulties and insufficiencies of existing QoS mapping method in heterogeneous network, proposes the user's quality of experience-based GRQM mapping algorithm on SLA structure, which uses the gray relational analysis to obtain the bearer network QoS index combination with largest closeness degree on user's quality of experience, so as to achieve the services of precise quantitative QoS mapping and QoS guarantee.关键词
