TOPONYM ONTOLOGY DATABASE STORAGE PATTERN AND ITS APPLICATION STUDY

Abstract
Toponym ontology is subordinate to the geographic information domain ontology field. The ontology is for maintaining geographic factor locations. It plays a vital role in the development of geo-spatial semantic web, especially providing convenience for the disclosure of geographic information and resources. Starting from the geo-spatial semantic web based routine geographic information query demands, a toponym ontology model is designed, based on which a toponym ontology instance storage database pattern is constructed while the Geodatabase based toponym ontology instance data storage is realized. By the construction of the toponym ontology model, the toponym ontology model design and toponym ontology instantiation issues under semantic web conditions are discussed, which bear important theoretical and practical instructions to realize the geographic factor data organization and relation expression.关键词
