Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the proximal femur in the treatment of senile anatomical locking plate intertrochanteric fractures and discusse the feasibility and related matters of this method. Methods Retrospective analysis of the application femur anatomical plate in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures, 25 cases were followed up. Results 25 patients were healed, incision hospitalization no complications. Follow- up results were satisfactory. Conclusion Proximal femur anatomy of locking plate for elderly intertrochanteric fractures is simple, reliable and curative effect. This method is conducive to fracture healing and trauma, with good clinical value.关键词
