Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of zolendronate combined with local radiotherapy in relieving the pains of patients with bone metastatis. Methods Forty - five patients with bone metastatis pains were treated with zolendronate and local radiotherapy. Results Twelve patients were relieved completely(CR), 20 partially(PR) and 8 mildly(MR). The overall pain relief (CR + PR + MR) rate was 88.9%. No side effects were observed in these patients. Conclusion The treatment of zolendronate combined with local radiotherapy is safe and effective for patients with bone metastatis pains.关键词
