摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in coronary artery fistula (CAF). Methods The echocardiography characteristics of CAF in 11 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results The coronary artery with fistula was prominently enlarged. In all of the 11 cases,there were 8 cases with right CAF and 3 cases with left CAF. Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography can be used to diagnose CAF accurately and it can be used as the first choice in diagnosing CAF.关键词
