Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway in chronic hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy. Methods Clinical nursing pathway was performed in 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B from Dec. 2009 to May 2010. The compliance, patients satisfaction, hospital duration and recurrence rate were compared with those of the control group. Results After the application of clinical pathway, the compliance and patient satisfaction were improved markedly. Besides, the hospital duration and recurrence rate were reduced significantly (P<0.05 or P<0. 01).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway brings social and economic benefits, which can effectively improve the compliance and patients' satisfaction, and also reduce the hospital duration and recurrence rate.关键词
