老年糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中低血糖的观察和护理OACSTPCD
Observation and nursing of hypoglycemia in the treatment of hemodialysis for senile patients with diabetic nephropathy
目的 探讨老年终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者在维持性血液透析治疗中低血糖的观察和护理干预要点.方法 对15例老年DN患者血液透析中进行血糖监测,观察病情变化,及时发现低血糖反应并对症处理.结果 本组15例老年DN患者,910例次血液透析中发生低血糖反应14例次(1.54％),其中1例发生低血糖浅昏迷,均得到及时处理.结论 老年糖尿病肾病患者透析过程中易出现低血糖,注重患者饮食和降糖药物合理应用,严密监测血糖及透析过程中密切观察病情,及时处理,可减少透析中低血糖发生.
Objective To explore the nursing intervention strategy for hypoglycemia in the treatment of hemodialysis for senile patients with diabetic nephropathy.
