Abstract
Objective To analyze the function features of upper airway obstruction ( FUAO) and the value of lung function in the diagnosis of FUAO and stress that effective nursing intervention is key for FUAO patients to complete lung function. Methods Lung function parameters of FUAO patients and 13 people who received normal check - ups were measured. The shape of flow - volume curve and other lung function information were analyzed. The mental states of the FUAO patients and 26 people who received normal check - ups were assessed with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale ( HAMA). The clinical features, coordination and quality control standards of the lung function between the FUAO group and the control group (re = 13) were compared and analyzed. Results The flow - volume curve of the FUAO patients showed that the upper airway was obstructed, airway resistance was increased and airway reactivity was normal. Theflow - volume curve changed in accordance with the characteristic of inspiratory phases. The anxiety and depression levels of the FUAO patients indicated that patients were in obvious states of anxiety and depression. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The FUAO patients of the intervention group showed calmness, smooth breath and more willingness to cooperate. The results were basically the same with the quality control standardsof lung function. Compared with the control group, it had the same statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion When no organic disease is found in examination, lung function check - up is of great significance to FUAO diagnosis. FUAO is largely related to psychological factors and nursing intervention like psychological nursing is the key for FUAO patients to complete lung examination.关键词
