人工髋关节置换术临床护理体会
Clinical nursing experience of artificial hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the Clinical nursing experience of artificial hip replacement. Methods A retrospective analysis was operated about 62 cases of artificial hip joint replacement operation of 2008 2011 years in our hospital, as well as peri - operation period nursing, prevention and management of postoperative complications, rehabilitation training and other conditions. Results Operation time was 24 h, average 2. 7 h, hospitalization time was 1422 d, the mean 16. 3 d. Postoperative complications occurred in 4 cases, the complication rate was 6. 5% , with the respiratory tract infection in 3 cases, venous thrombosis in 1 cases, after symptomatic therapy. Followed up for 6 18 months, Harris score of 64 to 103, average 90-7 points, of which more than 80 points in 47 cases, the excellent and good rate was 75.8%. Conclusion Effective peri -operation period nursing can eliminate the adverse psychological, cooperate with the treatment, improve the success rate of operation, prevent complications, to promote postoperative recovery of function, improve the quality of life.关键词
