Abstract
Objective To analyze the time, position and size of the vaginal hematoma, prevent and discover it at an early stage, and reduce complications. Methods Data of 10 patients with vaginal hematoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The formation of vaginal hematoma was closely related with the skills of midwife, the technique of sewing up the perineum, abnormal delivery, complications of the gestation and postpartum observation. Conclusion The skills of midwife, the technique of sewing up the perineum should be improved. Bleeding must be stopped completely when sewing up begins. Delivery process should be closely monitored. Postpartum observation should be enhanced in order to reduce the formation of vaginal hematoma, discover it at an early stage, and give prompt treatment.关键词
