重症手足口病患者的监护

Abstract
Objective To continuously monitor 26 children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease( HFMD). Methods Patients' conditions, close observations of the respiratory system, circulatory and nerve system and blood sugar change were assessed. Results After medical treatment and nursing intervention, 22 out of 26 children were discharged with improved conditions. Four children died. Conclusion Monitoring should be strengthened to HFMD children. The early detection of fatal signs and active treatment and nursing can improve success rate of treatment.关键词
