Expression of MIP-1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with dendritic cell infiltration

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of MIP - 1 in non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with dendritic cell infiltration. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect expressions of CCR1 and CCR7, and fluorescence in situ hybridization was performed to detect the expression of MIP- 1 in 74 lung cancer tissues. Results Both MIP1 positive tumor cells and both CCR1 and CCR7 positive dendritic cells were detected in lung cancer tissues. The expressions of MIP-1, CCR1 and CCR7 positive cells were related to lung cancer staging. The expression levels of MIP - 1 in lung cancer were in positive correlation with the percentage of CCR1 positive dendritic cells and had a negative correlation with the percentage of CCR7 positive dendritic cells. Conclusion The expression of MIP - 1 is closely related to expressions of CCR1 and CCR7 from tumor infiltrating dendritic cells.关键词
