普瑞巴林治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pregabalin for occipital neuralgia. Methods Eighty patients were randomized to treatment group (n=40) and control group (n = 40). Patients in the control group received nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs, blood- activating and stasis-resolving medicine, and vitamin B. Based on the treatment for the control group, the patients in the treatment group additionally received pregabalin, 75 - 150 mg, bid. The numeric rating scale (NRS) score measured by patients, behavioral rating scale (BRS) score by doctors and clinical efficacy score were recorded before and 1,2,3 weeks after therapy. Results There was no statistical difference in NKS and BRS score before therapy between the two groups (P >0. 05). However, statistical difference was observed in NRS and BRS scores 1,2,3 weeks after therapy between the two groups (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy rate was 92.5% in the treatment group, and 52.5% in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). No severe side effects were found in the study. Conclusion Pregabalin is effective and safe for occipital neuralgia.关键词
