Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of heart failure patients treated with levosi-mendan. Methods Six heart failure patients received levosimenda. The nursing and adverse events were observed and analyzed. Results Heart failure symptoms were relieved in 5 patients after lev-osimendan was administered. B- type natriuretic peptide (BNP) was reexamined in a week and the level of it in all patients was decreased to varying degrees. The main adverse event was lethargy which was identified in only one patient. Conclusion Levosimendan can decrease BNP of heart failure patients. Nurses should understand the mechanism, methods of administration and adverse events of levosimendan to provided effective nursing.关键词
