Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions on the clinical symptoms and life quality of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with constipation. Methods A total of 24 MHD patients with constipation received comprehensive nursing interventions. Clinical symptom integration scale and the Chinese version of concise health survey scale (SF - 36) were employed to evaluate the clinical symptoms and life quality of MHD patients with constipation before and after the treatment. Results After the comprehensive nursing interventions, the clinical symptoms of MHD patients with constipation were significantly improved, with a total effectiveness rate of 87.5 %. The life quality of patients was significantly improved. The differences in terms of physiological function, body pain, the vigor of life and mental health were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the life quality of MHD patients with constipation, and provide effective interventions and new ideas for clinical nursing and treatment.关键词
