F344大鼠血液学指标正常参考值范围探讨
An approach to reference values of hematology indexes in F344 rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct the reference values of hematology indexes in SPF F344 rats. Methods The hema-tology indexes in SPF F344 rats of both genders and different ages were measured by the hematology analyzer. The effect of gender and age of the rat on the indexes of hematology was analyzed and the reference values of the indexes of hematology with 95% confidence levels were constructed. Results Significant difference was found between male and female rats in RBC,RBC distribution width( RDW ), WBC, mean corpuscular hemoglobin( MCH ), MCH concentration MCHC ), RET# and RET% and between rats of different ages in NE% , LY% , RBC, HCT and Hb. Conclusion Statistically significant difference in some homological parameters is observed in F344 rats of different sexes and ages.关键词
