摘要

Abstract

Overload transportation of freight vehicle seriously jeopardizes the structural safety of road infrastructure and road safety operation, which has become one of the most salient problem in impact of highway safety and effectiveness. This paper proposes the research and design idea of highway overload management system based on dynamic weighing, and discusses the principle, functional requirements and relevant technologies of system implementation. Moreover, it proposes the systematic structure design and the sub-system design.
