空管运行效率评估指标体系研究
Effectiveness Assessment of the ATM Operation
摘要
Abstract
The operation efficiency is a comprehensive index that measures how the regional ATM system works, which is affected by the relevant factors of ATM. Based on the theoretical basis of man-machine-loop system engineering, this paper analyzes the influencing factors which affect the operation efficiency of ATM based on the actual situation of ATM operation. In addition, the principle, standard and indexes system is established to evaluate the operation efficiency of ATM.关键词
