摘要
Abstract
In light of the insufficient existed in the rational path assessment criterion of freeway network toll collection system, turning times was introduced into the assessment model. From the analysis of the impact of turning, its rational weight was analyzed. Reasonable penalty coefficient was calculated through an example calculation, which was consistent with the actual choice of the rational traveler.关键词
