摘要

Abstract

During the process of conventional DDA interpolation, the synthesis feed rate fluctuations often, the machining errors are large also. A new efficient interpolation method for multi-axis linear linkage and arc is proposed in,which uses the principle of DDA method, it' s function be extended and improved. The maximum amount of movement is used as the basis for calculation of speed,the left normalized data is used also,the efficiency of the interpolation is improved and the uniformity of speed is ensured. At last machining result are presented, which shows that this system is powerful to machine planes and curved surfaces.
