摘要

Abstract

The blade is a key component of the wind turbine. In order to produce a good GRP blade, studied the design of the small wind turbine blade and manufacture the mold. According to the wind energy resources in local,the design power of the wind turbine is 300W. First,design the basic size of the wind turbine. Select NACA4412 airfoil model,through calculation and analysis , determine the blade airfoil profile and the specific size. Then, using the CAD and CAM technology, designed a set of the small wind turbine GRP blades and produced the mold. To laid a good foundation in achieving large-scale production of the wind turbine GRP blade.
