摘要

Abstract

Based on the minimum volume as optimal objective function of differential gear. It set up an optimal mathematical mode of differential gear. The Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm (MIGA) is adopted as the optimization policy. Experimented with a differential gear of articulated dump truck as an example, the validity of the method was proved. The results showed that this method can get a better optimal solution of structure, and reduce the differential gear's dimensions effectively. It has important theoretical value and practical engineering significance.
