Application of MIGA to design of optimization for differential gear in articulated dump truck
摘要
Abstract
Based on the minimum volume as optimal objective function of differential gear. It set up an optimal mathematical mode of differential gear. The Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm (MIGA) is adopted as the optimization policy. Experimented with a differential gear of articulated dump truck as an example, the validity of the method was proved. The results showed that this method can get a better optimal solution of structure, and reduce the differential gear's dimensions effectively. It has important theoretical value and practical engineering significance.关键词
