摘要

Abstract

The existing problems of manual electromagnet riveter such as overweight,high recoil shock and operating inconvenience were analyzed.For the purpose of solving the existing problems,a new damping system was presented in this paper based on the energy transition principle.Structural miniaturization design of the riveter was finished in connection with the new damping system.The riveter was divided into three parts: the driver,recoil system and riveter body based on the relative motion of the components at work and its prototype was manufactured.The test result indicated that the new electromagnet riveter was lower in recoil shock and more convenient to use without declining the efficiency in practical application.The miniaturization of electromagnet riveter was achieved.
