Abstract
The epoxy resins(ER)were modified by carboxyl liquid nitrile rubber(CTBN)and ultra-fine ZnO particles, ZnO had modified by NW-2 coupling agent. The mechanical strength of modified epoxy resin matrix was studied. The result showed that the impact strength, strength, flexural modulus and shear strength of the adhesives reached 14.1 kJ/m^2, 80.2 MPa, 1.94 GPa and 33.7 MPa respectively with the conditions as followed: mass ratio of CTBN/ZnO was 10% and component A was reacted at 180 ℃ for 2.5 h. CTBN and ZnO were all reacted with ER, and the thermal stability of the system with dual toughening agents was better.关键词
