Design of a 75 t/h Gas Boiler
深入分析了焦炉煤气的特性，介绍了燃焦炉煤气锅炉设计时各受热面的布置及对锅炉排烟温度的控制。本锅炉通过在下组空气预热器进口和上组空气预热器出口之间装设调风装置，解决了锅炉排烟温度低的问题；现场锅炉实际运行良好。
The characteristics of oven gas were analyzed deeply, the layout of the heating surface and the flue gas temperature control in boiler designing were introduced. In this boiler, the problem of low temperature of flue gas was solved through adding air regulation device between low group import and upper group export of air preheater. The boiler runs good now.
