摘要

Abstract

Seamless steel cylinder for vehicle - use compressed natural gas is used as the container of automobile fuel, which is indispensable for the clean energy type cars. Its manufacturing promotes the development of nataral gas fuel instead of oil fuel. Based on the pressure face analysis and design calculation of CNG20 -80 -279A seamless steel gas cylinder, the body and bottom center thickness of the cylinder and its body length can be determined. The cylinder's strength is analyzed by using the software of ANSYS, to verify the correctness of the cylinder's parameters.
