摘要

Abstract

The photovoltaic cell model is divided into principle model and engineering model. This paper constructs the two kinds of models and obtains the output characteristic curves in different operation condition. The both curves are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the principle model is more precise than the engineering model but its practical applicability is not better than the engineering model. This paper also analyzes the less precise cause of the engineering model gives modulation coefficient of photovoltaic cell and puts forward the common modulating method of the coefficient to improve the precision of the output characteristic curve and expand the universality of the engineering model.
