考虑非线性动力效应的精密机床主轴回转精度模拟
Simulation on gyration accuracy of precision machine tool spindle considering nonlinear dynamic effect
摘要
Abstract
This paper studied the nonlinearity and nonstationarity of dynamic gyration accuracy in the spindle system while its speed changing,and simulated the influence of nonlinear dynamic effect to the spindle gyration accuracy.This research set up a kind of role function model on dynamic geometry gyration accuracy of machine tool spindle considering nonlinear dynamic effect.We regarded the rotation parameter as the bifurcation parameter to analyze its nonlinear dynamic behavior,and obtained,spindle system axis path chart,phase diagram,bifurcation diagram and the poincare figure.By establishing nonlinear dynamics equations considering the influence factors for spindle bearing system,the inpluence of speed change in the spindle system to the dynamic property was analyzed on speed changed.The simulation results show that the system appeared two regional chaos response with the speed increasing,and the chief mean into the chaos perioddoubling bifurcation.The paper theoretically proved that the operation stability of spindle machine could improved by choosing suitable spindle rotation speed.关键词
