Abstract
Develop and implement the rural policy will be the long-term strategic options and policy considerations of China to support for the ＂three rural＂ development.and the performance appraisal of rural policy is the prerequisite for the formulation and implementation of it,in this study,DEA（data envelopment analysis）will be used to measure the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of different areas of jiangxi province.and analysis the differencies.关键词
