The Linearization Technology in Highly Linearized Power Amplifier

Abstract
In the communication transceiver system,the power amplifier is on the end of the transmitter.Its function is to amplify the high frequency modulated wave to meet the transmission power requirement of the transmitter.After that the high frequency power signal will be radiated to the space through antenna,it could make sure that the receiver in a certain area could receive satisfactory signal level,and don't interfere with the communication in adjacent channels.This article introduces the properties and development process of power amplifier and focus on analyzing several commonly used technologies about radiofrequency power amplifier's nonlinear and linearization of the power amplifier.关键词
