摘要
Abstract
Taking history as basis and based on reality, through constructing the TP model to analyze the structure of resource property right and introducing the ICF curve to research the theory of institutional change, in order to provide a brand-new mentality and approach to probing theories in new institutional economics, this article holds that resource property right is an organism composed by public property rights, private property rights and part property rights; that property right is institutional arrangements in nature and institution is energy carriers essentially; and that the institutional change of property right is a dynamic process of quantum transition and energy transformation for productive force level from the lower institutional energy state to a higher one, in which it follows the law of energy conservation.关键词
