Abstract
The third party logistics is the development direction of modern logistics, and this pattern started very late in China. China＇s third party logistics in theory and practice on TPL still less than developed countries,development exists many problems. By means of SWOT analysis to the present situation of our country’s TPL, the paper put forward some measures to develop our TPL.关键词
