Abstract
The whole home appliance industry has been seriously challenged in the financial crisis, especially white appliance enterprise are facing with the problem of raw material prices,market saturation, shrinking profits and so on.This paper first discusses the impact of financial crisis on the white appliance companies, and then proposes a solution of customer relationship management. Focusing on the characteristics of white appliance enterprise, this paper primarily discourses the basic objectives, the basic framework and the functional effect of the implementation of customer relationship management. It is a valuable reference for the white appliance enterprise finds profit growth point, gets rid of the financial crisis, and achieves the "V" shaped reversal.关键词
