Researching on Influence Factors of Independence Professional Development of Newly Built University of Young Faculty
摘要
Abstract
Choosing a representative young faculty of newly built university to open interview and questionnaire survey , the result shows that the major influence factors of independence professional development are independence capacity, independence behavior, home environment, campus environment, social environment. But the effect that autonomous motivation influence is neglected by young college teachers.关键词
