Abstract
The secondary college of educational administration covers much work, in which a lot of teachers and students are involved in the meantime. It＇s both the object of the senate members＇ service and management. This paper presents multi-faceted training for teachers, students, and senate members, to make the teachers and students understand the various types of educational administration policy and actively cooperate with the teaching management, and thus make the work of the secondary educational administration more efficient.关键词
