Abstract
Shandong province in promoting development of generic technologies in the strategic emerging industries that still exist in relative shortage of inputs,the form of organization is not reasonable,the supply mechanism is not perfect,and relative lack of technical personnel,extension service system is not perfect,and so on.To promote development of generic technologies in the strategic emerging industries,should speed up formulating improvement of relevant policies,improve the generic technology supply system,establishing the generic technology development mechanism,form a generic technology development support system,improve the financial system of the generic technology development;cultivate generic technology research and development of talent.关键词
