山东省创新型企业建设成效及政策措施研究
The performance,policy and measurement for developing innovative enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The innovative enterprises are the critical tool for innovation-driven economy and social development in local level of China and become the ＂stock market index＂ fin measuring development for emerging strategic industries.The work of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province showed positively achievements in the number and scale of enterprises,their economic efficiency and innovation performance.The government,as one of regional innovation actors,played the important roles.Their efforts include： helping form institutional mechanisms to innovation,policy making and environment optimization,fiscal input and tax concessions,project for innovation platform,collecting human resource and investment.Some good experiences are researched here so that other regions would draw on from the experiment to enhance the innovative enterprises.关键词
