摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Marine in chronic hepatitis B patients with low viral load. Methods Sixty patients with CHB were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in the control group received general liver protection therapy, while those in the treatment group received marine capsules and marine injection sequentially. The period of treatment was 24 weeks. The ALT, HBV DNA and HBeAg/HBeAb were checked 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment. Results At the end of treatment the negative conversion rates of ALT and HBV DNA and HBeAg/HBeAb seroconversion rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Marine capsules and marine injection sequentially in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with low viral load can obtain higher rate of virological response and serological response.关键词
