摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical effects of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament ( ACL ) reconstruction using autologous hamstring tendon. Methods 28 patients with anterior cruciate ligament ruptures were repaired by u-sing four-strand autologous hamstring tendons, Endobutton steel plate combined with absorbable interference screw by arthroscopy. Results 26 cases were followed up for 4 ～ 20 ( 12 ± 2. 3 ) months. Knee function were within the normal range, after operation the Lachman test was negative in 23 cases, positive in 3 cases, but the end point was "hard" ; The Lysholm score improved from 28 -65 ( 35. 2 ± 12. 53 ) points to after operation 90 -98 ( 93. 12 ±5. 10 ) points. Conclusions Surgical repair of anterior cruciate ligament by arthroscopy by using autologous hamstring tendons has the features of effectiveness minimally invasion, easy operation, and reliable results.关键词
