Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of open reduction and internal fixation( ORIF ) for treatment of Lisfranc joint injuries. Methods 27 patients with Lisfranc joint injuries( 27 sides ) were managed with open reduction as well as internal fixation with screws, Kirschner wires and minimal plates. Results No osteofacial compartment syndrome and infection were found in this series. All the patients were followed up for 9 ～ 12 months. According to the AOFAS scores: 13 cases were excellent, 11 good,3 fair, with excellent and good rate of 88. 9% . Conclusions ORIF may achieve satisfactory clinical results for the treatment of Lisfranc joint injuries.关键词
