逆行交锁髓内钉微创内固定治疗股骨下段及髁上骨折
Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail under minimally invasive surgery for distal or supracondylar fractures of femur
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of treatment of distal or supracondylar fractures of femur with retrograde intramedullary nail under portable bracket of lower limb. Methods 55 patients of distal or supracondylar fractures of femur were fixed with femoral retrograde intramedullary nail, application of minimally invasive method such as portable bracket, AO large distractor and Schanz screw. Results The average operative time was 50 ～ 110( 78 ±22 ) min, the average blood loss was 100 ～600( 260 ± 110 ) ml;All cases were followed up for 12 ～35 months. According to assessment systems of Karlstrom and Olerud, the clinical results were excellent in 27 cases, good in 24 and fair in 4, and the excellent and good rate was 92. 7%. Conclusions Retrograde intramedullary nail under portable bracket of lower limb on combined AO large distractor and Schanz screw used in distal or supracondylar fractures of femur is one of effective methods, and convenient for operation.关键词
