分步固化对ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶两者粘合性能的影响OACSTPCD
Measured the adhesive properties of ZY-1 and ZY-2 silicone rubbers curing by steps
目的:研究分步固化ZY-1、ZY-2赝复硅橡胶对两者之间粘合强度的影响.方法:将ZY-1、ZY-2硅橡胶80 ℃恒温下进行分步固化,将硅橡胶粘结剂Adhesive A作为阳性对照组.测定各小组中ZY-1和ZY-2之间的粘合强度,并进行统计学分析,对两种硅橡胶的粘接面进行扫描电镜观察.结果:实验组ZY-1和ZY-2硅橡胶之间的粘合强度与阳性对照组相比无显著性差异；扫描电镜观察两层材料之间没有缝隙,形成了良好的界面结合.结论:分步固化ZY-1和ZY-…查看全部>>
Objective: study the influence of step by step solidification to ZY-KZY-2 type of silicone rubbers' adhesive strength. Method: Under Constant temperature 80 X- The group of Silicone rubber adhesive (Adhesive A) was used for Positive control group.
