伴有上颌窦感染的上颌骨前壁骨折愈合的实验研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the healing status of the fracture in the infected maxillary sinus. Method: We choose 5 Japanese white rabbits and made bone models on both anterior wall of the maxillary sinus. In the meantime) we made maxillary sinusitis model on the right side. The right side is the experimental group and the left side is the control group.Then bacterial culture and histological analysis were made in week 1,2.4,6,8 respectively postoperative. Result: All of the rabbits survived.The result of the bacterial culture prove that the bacterial was exist in every stage, and the histological analysis showed the regeneration of new bone in paraffin section is the same as the tissue with normal healing. Conclusion: Bone healing can proceed successfully with a small bone defect of the infected maxillary sinus.关键词
