牛磺酸对B-Z化学振荡体系的影响及其分析检测
Effect of Taurine for the B-Z Oscillating Chemical Reaction and Its Analytical Determination

Abstract
A new and convenient method was presented for the determination of taurine,which was based upon sequential perturbation of B-Z oscillating system with different amounts of taurine in a continuous-flow stirred tank reactor(CSTR).The results showed that the relationship between change in oscillating amplitude(ΔE) and taurine concentration(c) was in accordance with the equation ΔE = 14.062 c0.126 in the range of 4×10-6 to 4×10-1 mol/L,with the regression coefficient of 0.990 1.The lowest detection limit was 10-6 mol/L.On this basis,the method for the determination of taurine was established.关键词
