包覆ZrO_2的介孔SBA-15涂敷纤维素衍生物手性固定相的制备及手性醇的直接拆分
Preparation of SBA@ZrO_2 Coated with Cellulose Derivatives and Direct Resolution of Chiral Alcohols by High Performance Liquid Chratogomraphy

Abstract
The SBA@ZrO2 was prepared by the NH3/water vapor-induced internal hydrolysis method for post-synthesis coating of zirconia on the mesopore walls of SBA-15 as supports for high performance liquid chratogomraphy.The support prepared by this method was of larger surface area,lower density,better permeability,less background pressure for chiral separation.SBA@ZrO2 was coated with cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)(CDMPC) as the chrial stationary phase.Direct optical resolutions of ten racemates were successfully obtained on the chrial stationary phase.It is expected the SBA@ZrO2 as the packing materials have a potential use in separation.关键词
